SHIPPING & HANDLING

Our shipping and handling charges are based on the total dollar amount of the order. These charges have been established to help offset the cost of processing your order while keeping the price of each item as low as possible. All orders are subject to verification.



Our standard shipping method is surface delivery. Customers living in the U.S. and U.S. territories should receive their orders within 5 to 10 business days.

We use UPS unless another carrier is preferred. All Pallets and Truck orders are sent through a freight service at the lowest cost.

Delivery to Canada: Shipping, Handling and Brokerage Charges

Shipping Delays: Occasionally, a delay in the shipment of merchandise may occur due to customs. If merchandise has not been received within the specified time, contact our customer service department.

Shipping Backordered Items: If items are temporarily out-of-stock, the total shipping and handling charges will be divided up proportionally and charged as the merchandise is shipped. Please note that regardless of the number of packages sent out, the total shipping and handling charge will not be increased.

Shipping Charges: The specified amount below will be added to your merchandise subtotal.

Customs and Import Duties Information

(for all countries except U.S. and Canada)

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. BestBargains does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.


U.S. Territories

American Samoa, Guam, Marianas Islands, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands: Customers living in a U.S. territory should allow up to 21 days for standard delivery as all packages will be sent via United States Postal ServiceRETURNS

Returns and exchanges require proof of purchase using the original receipt included with your shipment.
Items in brand new (re-saleable) condition may be returned within 30 days of original shipment date.
Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.

EXCHANGES

Customers are responsible for any additional charges incurred to return merchandise.Exchanges

For an exchange, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise to us. If you request a replacement item of equal or lesser value, there is a same as chart charge to ship the item to you. However, if you would like to upgrade your shipping method or purchase additional items, you are responsible for the cost of additional items and shipping charges.
